Can PHP detect an active number of screen resolutions?

I am attempting to have a script run when the browser changes screen resolutions. It works fine when I have my browser on my own home screen, but when I try to test it on an internet browser (No Internet Connection), I get a “Illegal attempt to correlate a repository with a nonrepository component.”
I have been trying to set the’status’ to something, but the screen resolutions that the website needs to work with are not yet known. Could I possibly use the screen resolution to detect the screen sizes to run the scripts when there are changes? I do not know when the screen resolutions change.

You could use JavaScript and the browser’s resize event to check the size of the window, and look for a resize event in PHP by using a JS to PHP CORS hack
For example, in JS:

function start() {
event.preventDefault(); // This stops the browser from actually resizing the window

window.onresize = function(event) {
var width = event.target.clientWidth;
var height = event.target.clientHeight;

SOUTH KOREA: The U.S. Army is deploying 750 Special Forces soldiers to South Korea in a show of force meant to deter North Korea’s “reckless” ballistic missile tests, the first deployment of a large military force on the Korean Peninsula since the end of the Korean War in 1953.

The new deployment of Special Forces troops follows the North’s launch of the Hwasong-15 intercontinental ballistic missile, in a joint military exercise with China and its subsequent ground-to-ground launch of the rocket, according to a defense official who spoke on condition of anonymity because the details of the latest deployments are considered classified.

A large scale drill is planned to be held at an Air Force base in South Korea on Tuesday, with more than 200 aircraft on the ground including F-15K fighter jets, F-16 fighter jets and F-22 stealth fighters.

The U.S. Army also has deployed its Patriot air defense system to South Korea, the most potent and sophisticated in its inventory, after the North’s test launches.

Pentagon press secretary Peter Cook said Monday the North’s ballistic missile launches are an unacceptable threat to the world, and the Trump administration is hoping the deployment of U.S. forces demonstrates the resolve of the “South Korean government and South Korean people to maintain a peaceful and stable Korean Peninsula.”

“North Korea’s provocations have increased the risk of conflict on the Korean Peninsula,” Cook said in a statement. “The United States remains committed to the defense of South Korea and to the complete, verifiable and irreversible denuclearization of the Korean Peninsula.”

In Washington, the White House said it would stand by South Korea during an “appropriate response.”

Tensions between North and South Korea are at their highest since an armistice ended the Korean War in 1953, when they remain on a knife’s edge.
